-Yes, DO-ALL #18 has been rated A1 by the USDA for use in restaurants as long as cleaning is followed with a clean water wipe down.
What is the pH level of DO-ALL #18?
-The pH level varies according to the dilution. DO-ALL #18 at full concentrate is 12.5
at 1:1 it remains 12.5
at 1:2 it drops to 12.35
at 1:3 it is 12.35
at 1:4 it is 12.3
at 1:5 it is 12.25
at 1:10 it is 12.1
and at 1:20 it is 12.0
Is DO-ALL #18 a Cleaner or a Degreaser?
