DO-ALL #18 is a water-based Cleaner/Degreaser concentrate
that is non-corrosive, non-citrus , non-petroleum, non-butyl and biodegradable.
It gives off no foul odors or fumes and contains no known carcinogens. It
is currently listed on the EPA's National Contingency Plan product schedule
as a Surface Washing Agent and is USDA rated A1. It comes highly concentrated
and can be used in hand sprayers, parts washers, floor scrubbers, pressure
washers, etc. It has a multitude of uses from household to commercial, industrial
and marine.
Agitation is the KEY to this product. It rapidly emulsifies and encapsulates hydrocarbons. It breaks down the long hydrocarbon chains and at the same time neutralizes them so they cannot react. If there is an oil or fuel spill, it will make the spill unable to ignite or if used to put out a fuel fire, re-ignite. The product itself is non-flammable and has no flash point to boil. It allows the microscopic bacteria already present around us to feed on the broken down hydrocarbon chains speeding up biodegradation.
DO-ALL #18 is equally effective in hard and soft water, as well as fresh and salt water. Heating the water may improve performance when using pressure washers.
DO-ALL #18 is useful around all oil /petroleum platforms from the well to the gas station and everything in between. It is excellent for cleaning storage tanks, holds on ships, all parts of offshore oil rigs (run-off will not harm the ocean).

DO-ALL #18 will work well with positive results for all concrete runways, hangars, taxi areas of planes. It will clean up fuel leaked by planes waiting for clearance and remove fuel from painted lines.
DO-ALL #18 can be mixed a minimum of 1:20, or 1:30 and applied to the plane's exterior, using hot water (107° F) The results will be very effective. There will be, when air dry cycle is completed, no film on the plane and of course no rust can form and no paint can be hurt.
Other uses: Steam cleaning, engine cleaning, carpet cleaning, floor cleaning, scrubbing machines, plastic cleaning. This one product can replace several effectively just by changing its dilution.
DO-ALL #18 can be used for bilge, hull, deck, cabin, upholstery, hull, engine compartment, engines, boiler tank cleaning, and motor drives and can be diluted with either fresh or salt water. It is safe for use on surfaces that can contact water. It must be diluted to a minimum of 1:20 for aluminum and water-based painted surfaces. It will not crack or craze on plastics when used in dilution of 1:30 . Not for use on finished floors, as it will strip the wax.
DO-ALL #18 performs exceptionally well on oil rigs on land and at sea. Rigs can be cleaned from top to bottom with DO-ALL #18 without adding pollutants to the environment.
DO-ALL #18 has been used successfully in almost all areas of the oil and petroleum industry, from the rig to the refinery and everywhere in between. It is perfect for tank cleaning and breaking down Bunker C.
Use suggested dilutions as a starting point. Adjust downward or upward
for your particular cleaning/degreasing job.
Apply liberally with sprayer, automatic scrubber, mop, cloth or sponge.
Allow to stand a few minutes.
For large or outdoor areas, spray off with hose or pressure washer.
For small areas, wipe with wrung out cloth or sponge. Surfaces that food
may contact should be rinsed with potable water, otherwise rinsing is not
usually required.
